Special Conditions
Bidders must have a CIDB contractor grading designation of 2SL / 2CE or higher. Bidder must attend the compulsory site inspection meeting. The bidder must provide 3 reference letters / completion certificates for similar work completed successfully in the last 5 years and complete the schedule of work experience. It is required that the company or personnel in full-time employment have experience of 3 years or more involving structural steel fabrication, spectator seating, public-use structures, sports facilities, stadia, grandstands, or comparable elevated structures.
