The project is in the Solplaatje, Magareng, Phokwane and Dikgatlong Local Municipalities within the Frances Baard District Municipality in the Northern Cape Province. Preferences are offered to prospective tenderers from the targeted area, namely the Solplaatje, Magareng, Phokwane and Dikgatlong Local Municipalities , as well as the CIDB grades and classes indicated for each sub-contract package. This tender will be evaluated in terms of functionality as a criterion and the price and preference points system.
