This project is in the province of Eastern Cape and in the district municipality of Sarah Baartman, under the Koukamma local municipality. The design was completed in February 2023, with construction monitoring of 18 months (including a three-month mobilisation period), commencing in October 2025. Tenders are hereby requested from experienced surveyors or organisations for survey construction control. Only Sub-service Providers who are registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database and have a B-BBEE contributor status level of 1 or 2, are eligible to submit tenders.
