The project is located on National Route R415 from Section 1 between Matatiele and Qacha’s Nek Border Post with Lesotho (km 6.16 to km 32.05), situated in the Alfred Nzo District Municipality in the Eastern Cape Province. The approximate duration is thirty-three (33) months, of which three (3) months for the Mobilisation Period. Only those tenderers who meet the following minimum requirements are eligible to submit tenders: a) Only tenderers who are registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database as stated in the Tender Data 4.1.1, are eligible to tender, b) Must be in possession of a valid B-BBEE certificate or in the case of an Exempted Micro Enterprise (EME) / Qualifying Small Enterprise (QMS) a sworn affidavit is to be submitted, c) Meet the minimum requirements as stated in Tender Data 4.1.1. Entities with the required experience are therefore invited to submit a tender to undertake social facilitation services. A clarification meeting will not be held, but prospective tenderers must familiarise themselves with the site.
