Naidu Consulting (Pty) Ltd invites tenders on behalf of the Applicant, the South African National Roads Agency SOC limited, for the Subservice of managing the environmental process during the design development phase for The Dualling of National Route 2 from Colchester, Section 11 (km 68.00) to Nanaga, Section 12 (Km 10.00) This project is in the Eastern Cape Province and in the Sarah Baartman District Municipality (DC10) and Nelson Mandela Bay Metropolitan Municipality. The approximate programme for design is to be completed by October 2026, followed by construction monitoring of 42 months, commencing in August 2027.
