This project is located in the Eastern Cape Province, within the Sarah Baartman District Municipality and Dr Beyers Naude Local Municipality. The appointment for this subservice is anticipated to occur in January 2027 and run for 24 months Preferences are offered to tenderers who comply with the criteria stated in the Tender Data. Tenderers will first be evaluated against the eligibility criteria to determine compliance with the specified requirements. Thereafter, compliant tenders will be evaluated based on functionality, with a minimum threshold score of 70% required to proceed. Tenderers achieving the minimum functionality threshold will then be evaluated in terms of price and preference criteria. Only Tenders that comply with the following B-BBEE contributor status levels are eligible to tender: The Tenderer shall have a consolidated project specific B-BBEE scorecard of status Level 1 or 2. In the event of Joint Venture (JV), the Lead Partner must be a suitably experienced consulting firm and the Targeted Partner being a Targeted Enterprise as defined in the tender data.
