This project is in the Eastern Cape Province and in the Makana Local Municipality which is part of the Sarah Baartman District Municipality, and the approximate duration is of eighteen (18) months, commencing in January 2026. Preferences are offered to tenderers who comply with the criteria stated in the Tender Data. The Tenderers will be evaluated on functionality (quality) criteria with a threshold of 70%. Only Tenders that comply with the following B-BBEE contributor status levels are eligible to tender: The Tenderer shall have a consolidated project specific B-BBEE scorecard of status Level 1 or 2. In the event of Joint Venture (JV), the Lead Partner must be a suitably experienced consulting firm and the Targeted Partner being a Targeted Enterprise as defined in the tender data. The Joint Venture shall have a consolidated project specific B-BBEE scorecard of status Level 1 or 2.
