Tenderers must be an EME or QSE. Tenderers must be registered on CSD. A 80/20 preference point system will be applied for this tender. Tenders will be evaluated on the functionality offered by the tenderer. Tenderers will be required to demonstrate knowledge and expertise in their applications for this tender. Evaluation criteria, as contained and explained in this tender document will be measured objectively and points awarded for each criterion. The minimum threshold needed to qualify for the financial opening, will be 70 points. Any tender scoring below this threshold, will be considered as a non-responsive tender and will not be evaluated further. Each tender that obtains the minimum qualifying score of 70 points will be evaluated further on price and preference. A virtual non-compulsory clarification meeting for this tender will be held on 29 th July 2026 at 12:00.
