Tenderers must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and hold a valid tax clearance certificate Tenders must have a CIDB Grading of 4ME or higher A 80/20 preference point system will be applied for this tender. Tenders will be evaluated on the functionality offered by the tenderer. Tenderers will be required to demonstrate knowledge and expertise in their applications for this tender. Evaluation criteria, as contained and explained in this tender document will be measured objectively and points awarded for each criterion. The minimum threshold needed to qualify for the financial opening, will be 70 points. Any tender scoring below this threshold, will be considered as a non-responsive tender and will not be evaluated further. Each tender that obtains the minimum qualifying score of 70 points will be evaluated further on price and preference. A compulsory briefing meeting with representatives of Zutari (Pty) Ltd will take place at SANRAL’s Eastern Cape Province Office located at, No. 20 Shoreward Drive, Baywest, Port Elizabeth 24 th July 2026 at 13:30 for 14:00. No person arriving after 14h00 will be allowed to join the meeting. Zutari (Pty) Ltd shall be under no obligation to accept the lowest, or any Tender.
