DoA reserves the right: • To award this tender to a bidder that did not score the highest total number of points, only in accordance with section 2(1)(f) of the PPPFA (Act 5 of 2000) and PPPFA Regulation 2022. • To accept part of a tender rather than the whole tender, which may result in awarding the bid to more than one (1) bidder.
