Only service providers who can demonstrate credit and financial viability will be considered for appointment. Only tenderers with a B-BBEE contributor status level of 1, 2, 3 or 4 are eligible to tender. Preferences are offered to tenderers who comply with the criteria stated in the Tender Data.
