Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to every user and organisation on SA Tenders AI. By using the Platform you agree to use it lawfully, fairly and in line with these rules. Serious or repeated breaches may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Permitted Use
You may use the Platform to discover government, private-sector and subcontracting opportunities, check your compliance, analyse tender documents you are entitled to, and prepare your own bids for your organisation’s legitimate procurement activities.
Data & Fair Use
- Do not scrape, crawl, harvest or bulk-export the aggregated tender data, or use bots to access the Platform in an automated way beyond normal use.
- Do not resell, redistribute or republish our aggregated listings or datasets as your own product or feed.
- Do not exceed the fair-use limits of your plan (for example document-upload or AI-extraction allowances), or attempt to circumvent plan gating or usage limits.
- Do not share a single account to give unlicensed access to people outside your organisation.
Honest Representation
- Do not misrepresent your BBBEE status, company registration, or eligibility in profiles or bids prepared on the Platform.
- Do not rely on AI-generated compliance or pricing outputs as a substitute for professional judgement — verify before you submit (see the Terms of Service).
- Do not use the Platform to prepare fraudulent, collusive or unlawful bids.
Platform Integrity & Security
- Do not attempt to bypass authentication, access another organisation’s data, or probe, scan or breach platform security.
- Do not upload malware, or content you have no right to upload.
- Do not interfere with or disrupt the Platform, its infrastructure, or other users.
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile or copy the Platform’s software except as permitted by law.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected breaches and take proportionate action — a warning, temporary suspension, plan restriction, or termination with no refund for serious breaches — and cooperate with law enforcement where required. We may remove content or block access that violates this policy or applicable law.
