APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER TO RENDER ARCHIVING, STORAGE AND SECURE DISPOSAL SERVICES FOR THE EASTERN CAPE RURAL DEVELOPMENT AGENCY (ECRDA)

1) The archiving warehouse must comply with SANS 10400 specifications. Submit proof (certificate of occupancy from the municipality). 2) Submit a NARSSA (National Archives and Records Service of South Africa) Compliance certificate. 3) The supplier must demonstrate compliance with the applicable ISO 27001 standard and provide a certificate as proof. 4) Submit a detailed quotation in line with the pricing schedule. 5) The service provider must have a physical address in the Eastern Cape and must submit at least one of the following as proof of address: o a valid lease agreement / a recent municipal account / a letter from the ward councillor or traditional leader.
